Old McMickey's Farm

When we were up at Quinn's house in Minnesota we went to his Farm School graduation.

You loved seeing his farm. We played in the water table, loved looking at the art gallery, climbed the jungle gym and swung on the swing. But the best part was that you loved seeing and petting the animals.   

You touched a rabbit and fed a goat with radices's that Quinn harvested from the Farm. You played in the chicken coop and loved watching the pigs. We had so much fun that I found a farm here in Florida for you to go play at.

We went last week and we are going again tomorrow with some of your friends.

 Last week you milked a cow, petted a chicken and her baby chick, touched a pig and went on a pony ride! We had so much fun.

Your shopping Cart

Your shopping cart is all over the House. It is your new best friend. You put everything in it and cart it around. You are hysterical.

Sweet Potatoes

You love to help out in the kitchen during dinner.

Tonight you tried cutting up a large sweet potato that was the size of your body! You used your wooden knife and worked really hard. You love to eat broccoli, edaname, black beans, bean salad, and you tried egg salad this week and loved it!

Cabin Bound July 4th!

We woke up super early and flew to Minnesota to see our family. Grammie Kathie picked us up and we went to Aunti Meegan's House. Reece and Quinn were so excited to see you. Quinn said,

 "Wow, she can really do stuff now. Like Run and Play!"
We met baby Burke and had a wonderful BBQ with the whole family on Marks new deck. We drove up the the cabin and we had so much fun with daddy until he had to leave for Japan a few days later. We watched the fireworks display for the couch because it was so buggy up there. 

Everyone came up and it was fun for you to be around all your aunts and uncles. We took boat rides and played in the cabin alot. THE BUGS WERE REALLY BAD!

Grammie Gertie, Poppop 7 Baby Andew!

Grammie and Poppop come over to our house about once a week or so and babysit you while I run out to get my hair done or go the the Dr. When I come home it looks like you played in every corner of the house and turned everything up side down on them! They love to take walks with yo around the circle and sometimes you walk up to St. Paul's Church together. Grammie was gone for over a month taking care of our new Cousin Andrew. Auntie Liz had her baby and we cant wait to see him.
Each weekend we usually end up going to the beach and having a nice family dinner with them. I love to cook with Grammie because she is such a good cook. I learn so much from her in the kitchen. Baby Andrew is coming her in a month or so and we cant wait to meet him. You and I went shopping for him and we are so excited to give him a new outfit.

New Room decor

We went shopping to Pottery Barn for Kids  down in Hyde Park and bought some new blankets, sheets and pillows. Auntie Noriko Doi gave us a gift certificate for you first Birthday. I saved it for something special for you.  I want to add more pink to your room and rearrange some of you "Baby" things because you are not a baby anymore but a curious, amazing, hysterical, smart little girl. You love to help me with anything around the house. We took down some stuff and you were right next to me climbing on the stool to help out!
