Your Second Year...

I have loved you since the moment I saw you and the moment they placed you next to me. This year has taught me a lot about being a mommy, a role model, a wife and a teacher. I want to show you the best life, raise you and teach you everything I know so you can in turn love life like we do. You are an amazing, artistic, funny, little girl. You are so athletic, spirited, and curious. I am learning to Cherish every second because before you know it you will fly away from this nest. I love you with everything I have and I hope you always know that. Let that be a reminder to you if you ever doubt yourself. You were raised in a house of laughter, love and great fun.

I wish you the best my little girl Ella Noelle. You are now 2. I love you to the moon and back and back and back...I am looking forward to what lies ahead.

2014!

Flu and Airplanes

Do not mix well with a 2 year old who wants to fly upside down! This was the longest trip everrrrrrr.

You just had your 2nd Birthday Physical with the Doctor and everything was okay. You are on target and beyond smart in many categories. You know over 100 words and you started saying 2 word sentence's. You re tell stories and love to carry on a conversation on anything that looks like a phone. You love the arts and taking walks. Swim lessons are still a priority and you love to help me clean. You are an amazing little girl and I just hope I AM doing everything right for your growth, health and well being. I love you to the moon and back and I hope this book reminds you that you are the best thing to ever happen to us.

Brookfield Zoo with Caroline and Will

We listened to the Zoo Keepers story time...

You had so much fun squirting and spraying all the plants in the botanical garden area...

 You tended to the animals sick in the Animal Hospital...

You painted your face like a lion with Caroline...

 You watched the monkeys eating their lunch...

and checked out your own heart rate!

 We had so much fun INSIDE because we were soooo cold!

Shortly after this picture was taken you and I got really sick and threw up in the toilet, bed and floor together! We were sick with the flu for days!

Fun times...

We went to Zoo Lights at Lincoln Park Zoo one night. It was cold but the light show was amazing! We went into the Lion House to warm up and this little guy was staring at you! Daddy was nervous he liked your Bunny Hat!!! You loved hanging our with Reece and Quinn the whole week! You said "Reece" and called Quin "Qool!" They had so much fun playing with you but sometimes you beat them up

Christmas!

I cooked all day and followed Lana's Seafood Recipe and it turned out delicious! We woke up super early and opened presents all day. You had so mcuh fun!

Fun times in the city!

Everyday we tried to do something fun....

 We went to the Art Institute with GG and Uncle Noel and saw our old friends (favorite painters) and sipped some Tea in the Cafe where GG and my dad used to hang out. It was so great to take you there because you are quite the budding artist. You love to draw and paint. You also like to take pictures too.

 Some days at GG's after we got dressed warmly we decorated for Christmas, We invited about 25 people for dinner. It was so much fun getting ready for the holidays with you. You loved decorating the tree and turning on the lights!

 We went to the Shedd Aquarium and saw the Winter Show with the Beluga whales and some dolphins.

 We played around on Navy Pier and went to this giant festival inside!

 You wore your new boots all week. This is a selfie that you took of your boots at Whole Foods.

Baby Eddie

He is perfect and so sweet. He looks a little like you and you just begged to hold him.

 

 

 

 

We had so many nice nights with Lana and John. We brought them dinner and took turns holding Eddie!

December 18th

We celebrated our 4th year anniversayr the night before by going out to dinner and you went to GG's house and fell in love with Soup! You love to say that word now and we ate it alot in Chicago when it was 0 degrees!

Our 2013 Christmas card

We went to University of Tampa a few weeks ago and took a lot of pictures with daddy for our family. They turned out so nice I used them with our card and also framed some for the house. You love saying "Chheeessee" but sometimes you were a little shy and ran from the photographer!

Baby Eddie was born!

We stayed up all night for Baby Eddie to come into this world! He was born on December 6th. He was born the day before Lana's Birthday so we sent Lana a big basket for her birthday the next day in the hospital.

 

 

He is so perfect and you learn to say his name in one day. We sent him a video welcoming Eddie into the world.

 

 

 

 

 

 I was on FACETIME on my iphone5s the whole night until about 5am waiting for his birth.     

 

 

 

 

 

It was like I was in the waiting room for his arrival! We went up to see him December 18th!

You love to play with your buddy D! We love to go on field trips, go to the park or just hang out with our friends. We love them so much.
